Plainwell is a transparent, colorless or colored (bronze, gray, green, blue) float glass.
Plainwell is a polished glass, tinted with metal oxides at the time when the glass is in a molten state. Metal oxides give Security Window Tinting not only color, but also its energy and light properties.
Intend glass (Pilkington Group)
OptiFloat is a mass of heat-absorbing float Security Window Tinting of various tones (bronze, gray, green).
Glass saves artificially created energy, controls the flow of solar heat and gives a wonderful visual effect.
OptiFloat Tinted meets modern requirements for lighting workplace, giving space and additional attractiveness to the interior of buildings.
At home or in the workplace, used for furniture, screens and partitions, this glass offers a practical and stylish alternative to traditional materials.
OptiFloat glass gives designers creative freedom in creating attractive modern interiors, convenient and economical to use.
Tinted glass (Saint-Gobain Security Window Tinting Corporation)
SggParsol is a mass-colored heat-absorbing (sunscreen) float glass of different tones – bronze, gray, green and pink.
The toning (staining) of sggParsol glass is carried out by adding metal oxides to the glass mass when it is in the molten state. Metal oxides give glass not only color, but also determine its light and energy properties.
Glasses sggParsol partially absorb heat rays, remaining sufficiently transparent to visible light. The decrease in the penetration of solar heat is due to the fact that some of the heat that enters the glass is absorbed by the glass itself.
Absorbed heat is further emitted by the Security Window Tinting in opposite directions; most of it is allocated to the side whose temperature is lower. The amount of heat that penetrates through the glass sggParsol depends on its color and thickness. Darker glass (gray, bronze and green) absorbs up to 46-51% of incoming thermal energy, while light color (pink) absorbs only 23% of heat (at a thickness of 6 mm). The thicker the glass sggParsol, the less the heat rays and visible light it misses. In this case, the color of the glass becomes more saturated (dark).
In a large room, the mirror coating also performs other functions – it reflects light and creates a sense of unity. Very impressive look transparent panels with matte patterns, and the tinted surface is perfectly combined with light furniture. Fine painting looks, but it is used less often – it requires complex maintenance. Tempered glass can cover pictures with any storyline, you can choose your favorite photo, which will evoke wonderful memories.
The color PLANIBEL is characterized by:
- – Color effect from the outside and from inside the building
- – Weak reflection of color
- – Protection from solar radiation resulting from the absorption of solar energy
Due to the filtering properties that depend on the thickness of the glass, the Plainwell color glass significantly reduces eye strain caused by blinding sunlight. The objects visible through the glass acquire a warm pleasant shade. Glass Plainwell is combined with most of the structural materials used in the construction of facades.
Thanks to the absorption properties, the Plainwell color glass significantly reduces the energy transmission in places exposed to strong sunlight.
